Quality Management according to ISO 9001
Our quality management system is designed to ensure that our customers always have a competent point of contact and are satisfied with our services. Through careful project handovers and structured final reviews, we make quality visible at every stage. We do not see mistakes as failure, but as a source of learning: follow-up discussions after deviations or support incidents are an established part of our culture. Quality awareness starts during onboarding — new employees are familiarised with our quality-related topics from the outset. We measure responsiveness and reliability towards our customers using specific response times. We continuously improve the management system itself, including through regular internal audits.
Information Security according to ISO/IEC 27001
The protection of information — both that of our customers and our own — is a top priority at smart data worx. Our information security management system in accordance with ISO 27001 defines clear objectives to systematically minimise risks and ensure the ability to act in an emergency. We continuously invest in raising awareness among our employees through awareness training and phishing simulations. Security incidents are handled according to a defined incident response process that ensures rapid initial response and orderly escalation. Known vulnerabilities are consistently closed through structured patch management. We regularly test the resilience of our systems through documented recovery tests.
